Congratulations to Patrick Lancaster of Blackpool on passing his Practical Driving Test on 15th May 2013.
He was absolutely delighted to now be able to drive his own car, and be able to have the freedom and independence to drive himself to college and give his friends a lift. He went straight home to take off those L plates and get out on the road.
